1. Establish a routine
Anchor the time you want to start brushing your teeth (or your kids) to an existing habit that you are already doing at that time.
EX: If you load the dishwasher about an hour before bed you can always remind yourself or your kids that you brush your teeth after loading the dishwasher.
2. Have a fun toothbrush
Both the classic adult toothbrush and the kids toothbrush were picked to bring joy to brushing your teeth. It's something you have to do and might as well make it as enjoyable as possible.
3. Have a reward system
Reward yourself and your children for sticking to the schedule. Give yourself a treat and a pat on the back for establishing healthy habits for a happier life.
